Finding Keen becomes a bigger priority for the task force as The Freelancer, who was previously featured on the blacklist, is going to court with a newly appointed lawyer who has promised him early release. Keen's hired crew steals an encrypted USB stick from Reddington's bank vault. Meanwhile, the task force hesitates to arrest Liz because of all the work she has done for the FBI. She intends to persuade them to turn against him so that she can claim his criminal empire.
